Players take their actions during the Investigator Phase. This phase is skipped during the first round of the game. Then each player draws and resolves a card from the encounter deck. During the Mythos Phase, you will place 1 doom on the current agenda, which may cause it to advance. In campaigns, the setup can be influenced by choices you made earlier it might reference things you may or may not have noted in your campaign log, which you use to keep track of everything.

How to set up all of this is detailed in the instructions for the specific scenario. You will be picking up clues, discovering new locations and fighting off enemies to advance the act deck before time (AKA the agenda deck) runs out. In Arkham Horror, you will be progressing through a story, either as a standalone scenario or as part of an overarching, multi-scenario campaign. You’re in for a treat though! Not sure if it'll ever get used, but it's here if you like: I have created a discord server that people can use to find other players for games, discuss strategy, etc. I've spent months on this, and despite my better judgement, I'm making it available for the world at large to enjoy, and hopefully get more people into this wonderful game.

This mod was a custom table that I built for my own use, I enjoy playing solo, and making it easier for me to do so with a larger investigator count was a major goal for this table. For those type of players, I recommend checking out †Deicide†'s workshop mod, containing all content in the game but in a more traditional board game format. I know that's not everybody's cup of tea, a lot of people like TTS to feel more like a board game than a video game. This table is designed for fast, efficient play, almost video game like in nature.
